Speaking

I am available for lectures, workshops, panel discussions, podcast episodes, and other speaking engagements related to how modern working moms can cultivate balance, pursue continued personal growth, and learn strategies for happiness. As a science communicator, I’m skilled at translating results from peer-reviewed research into actionable insights. I also love to laugh and connect with my audience; 15 years of experience has confirmed my intuition that people learn best when they’re having fun. I blend humor, wisdom, and science.

If you’re interested in having me join your next event, or want to learn more, please reach out!
